• Operational Excellence: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth workflow. • Guest Relations: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure every guest receives an extraordinary dining experience. • Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, and development of staff members. Supervise and motivate team members, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. • Wine Expertise: Utilize your strong knowledge of wines to assist guests with wine pairings, manage the wine inventory, and ensure proper storage and handling of wine. • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, adhering to established standards and protocols. • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial records. • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring they align with the restaurant’s high standards and guest expectations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven experience in a high-end restaurant environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Extensive knowledge of wine, including varieties, pairings, and proper serving techniques. WSET certification or equivalent is a plus.
Professional and polished appearance, with a focus on maintaining a clean and refined personal presentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Good English is a must
