We’re looking for a new Assistant Restaurant Manager to join LAVA Fire Grill, our steakhouse with a casual vibe, high standards of service, and warm hospitality. Located in Thonglor, it offers an elevated yet inviting dining experience, featuring a premium selection of beef and an extensive wine cellar sure to impress wine enthusiasts. - Operational Excellence: Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and ensuring a smooth workflow. - Guest Relations: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and ensure every guest receives an extraordinary dining experience. - Staff Management: Support recruitment, training, and development of staff members. Supervise and motivate team members, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. - Wine Expertise: Utilize your strong knowledge of wines to assist guests with wine pairings, manage the wine inventory, and ensure proper storage and handling of wine. - Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service, adhering to established standards and protocols. - Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing expenses. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial records. - Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions, ensuring they align with the restaurant’s high standards and guest expectations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven experience in a high-end restaurant environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Extensive knowledge of wine, including varieties, pairings, and proper serving techniques. WSET certification or equivalent is a plus.
Professional and polished appearance, with a focus on maintaining a clean and refined personal presentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Good English is a must
