1) Manage day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada etc) including website maintenance, product listings, and order fulfillment.
2) Stay updated on various campaigns and promotions on both Shopee and Lazada.
3) Ensure timely addition and maintenance of products on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
4) Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various online media channels, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Line, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, KOL collaborations, Shopee, Lazada, and other emerging digital platforms.
5) Manage online advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, generating website traffic, and boosting sales.
6) Analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
7) Recommend optimization strategies to ensure successful campaign delivery and continuously monitor ad performance.
8) Conduct thorough customer segmentation analysis by collecting relevant data.
9) Develop and implement strategies to increase online traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive sales growth through various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
10) Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product team, sales team, RA team, and external parties etc. to align advertising efforts with broader business objectives
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in Online website / marketplace experience (Shopee, Lazada etc)
- Strong proficiency in tools such as platform’s tools and Excel.
