1. Assist senior managers to handle information and clerical work and communicate with employees. Translate meetings or train and supervise the work of low-level administrative staff.
2. Responsible for the planning and arrangement of work schedules and accompanying them.
3. Organize and send approval documents, and be responsible for tracking the execution status and controlling the progress at any time.
4. Responsible for meeting arrangements and notifications, making meeting minutes and tracking resolution matters.
5. Responsible for the communication, integration and planning of administrative affairs processes.
6. Responsible for report compilation and presentation.
7. Handle various cross-department and business entity administrative affairs and document management.
