Responsibilities
1. Manage current business, identify new growth areas and develop new business with existing and new customers.
2. Create sale planning of key customers and implement strategic initiatives for revenue and profitability growth.
3. Create cost reduction proposal and provide solutions to balance between price and performance for the product and the customer.
4. Handle RFQ processes, analysis, evaluation, and sourcing recommendation for assigned product’s categories.
5. Establish positive customer relations and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and potential customers.
6. Consider market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities to sell products.
7. Prepare and present annual budget planning, monthly forecast and sales reports.
8. Offer customers problem-solving solutions and handling with customer’s issues.
9. Provide customer satisfaction survey to improve customer experience and meeting customer needs and expectations.
10. Have background or knowledge of Die press or automotive part Industry business is advantaged
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Age 38-45 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Have working experience at least 5-10 years in Die press or automotive part
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Must work independently and collaboratively.
- Good command of English both of written and spoken TOEIC 500 points up.
- Good human relations and Good Personalities.
