The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle payment related tasks via internal system
- Outbound call to customer to inform customer or solve payment case for customer from six country which is New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Korean
- Handle e-mail communication with internal team and customer for payment related topics
Required Qualification:
- Thai nationality
- High School Diploma or above
- Able to work in shift rotations
- English proficiency in B2 level or above
- New graduates are welcome
Working shift & schedule:
- 3 shift rotations (6.00-15.00,7.00-16.00,10.00-19.00)
- Shifts will be announced 2 weeks or 1 month advanced
- 2 days off (can be split in some cases)
- 1-month training and 2-month probation period
