รายละเอียดงาน

1.Act as primary point of contact with customer and oversea agents. 2.Process shipment per company guidelines, customer SOP and/or work-instruction. 3.Coordinate with customers and overseas agents from beginning until cargo delivery stage and ensure a smooth export/import process, accurate documentation and invoicing. 4.Booking and making shipping documents for Air & Sea freight 5.Prepare shipping documents as needed (SI, Bill of lading, Delivery Order, Invoice) 6.Summit Si, VGM with all major shipping line systems 7.Make confirmation and/or correction on document as required by customer in-line with regulation and industry standard. 8.Ensure sales invoice and/or related invoice are processed correctly and issued on timely manner. 9.Provide feedback and report on shipment or area of improvement to supervisor or directly to Head of Department. 10.Work closely with other departments to support operation process and expand more business with customer. 11.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in freight forwarding with understanding of all related process and documents (Understand process and document of import & export)
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
Time management skills and able to deliver urgent or completed job on time as schedule and commitment
Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill.
Strong interpersonal skill, Service-mind, enthusiasm and willing to learn.
Good command of spoken and written English.
