We are seeking experience candidate to support User Project Manager for the rollout of new core banking system. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that user requirements are accurately captured and implemented, testing the system for functionality, and facilitating a smooth transition to the new system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.User Requirements Gathering:
oCollaborate with users to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system.
2.Business Impact Analysis (BIA):
oWrite and document the current (as-is) processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop the future (to-be) processes that align with the new core banking system
3.Functional Specification Document (FSD) Review:
oReview and provide feedback on the Functional Specification Document (FSD) to ensure alignment with user requirements.
4.Test Script Development:
oDevelop test scripts based on user requirements and FSD. Ensure test scripts cover all functional scenarios and edge cases.
5.Functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
oPerform UAT and validate the functionality of the core banking system. Document UAT results and track defects
6.Data Migration:
oEnsure accurate and complete data transfer from the legacy system to the new core banking system. Validate data integrity and completeness post-migration.
7.Post-Production Rollout Support:
oAssist in the planning and execution of post-production rollout activities.
8.Any tasks assigned by the team lead, HODs, OM, and GM.
