- Handle Guest Complaints
- Assist in Developing Customer Service Satisfaction Programs
- Responding quickly and efficiently to guest concerns
- Relating information about amenities and other relevant information for incoming guests
- Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
- Anticipate guest needs and establish a rapport with them by assisting them with specific tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Assure that health and quality standards are met.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Computer literate and Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Chinese.
- Bachelor- s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
