Responsibilities:
•Design, execute, and Manage Video Product and related (AIS PLAY), including UI & UX design, features development, customer experience, package and OTT integrations.
•Lead the integration of our OTT platform with third-party OTT partners
•Collaborate with OTT partner to develop and launch the collaboration service ie Billing on behalf, Service bundling
•Oversee troubleshooting processes for platform issues, working closely with customer support, technical, and QA teams
Preferred:
•Experience with video streaming or media platforms
•Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques
•Understanding of UX/UI design principles
•Basic understanding of OTT platforms and streaming technologies Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in English communication
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
