- Oversee the operations of all facilities within the project.
- Ensure the safety of all employees within the project in all aspects.
- Improve work processes in collaboration with the team to enhance efficiency.
- Manage daily tasks and coordinate with the team to fulfill role responsibilities as assigned.
- Prepare relevant documents and verify their accuracy in accordance with legal requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment and systems within the project.
- Regularly monitor the project's environment.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve water and nutrient systems, recording all procedures.
- Manage inventory and keep records of various equipment.
- Lead team meetings and provide regular reports to the Executive and shareholders
- Comply with companies SOP and ensure all staff members following the same procedures
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 32 years or olde
- More than 5 years of work experience in manufacturing/production or construction
- Bachelor's degree or higher (field of study not specified)
- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical and water systems
- Strong prioritization and planning skills

- English proficiency test scores will be considered an advantage but not required to apply
