รายละเอียดงาน
• Be responsible for implementing the quality systems FSSC 22000, QMR, HACCP, HALAL, ISO, GHP, 5S always in practice and report to Quality Assurance Manager. • Carry out documents related to the quality system, such as reviewing and approving document requisitions, numbering and recording in the document requisition. • Supervise and coordinate records to ensure that documents used are up-to-date, accurate and complete. • Prepare copies, distribute documents, store relevant quality records and categorize documents for all users. • Conduct inspections and reviews of the factory's quality system both annual characteristics and when complaints. • Prepare KPI Report, monthly summary report for QA Manager • Prepare technical sales support documents, document request, product information, requirements form customers • Be able to supervise on product quality raw material release, finished goods and packaging material. • Report the operating results to QA Manager periodically • Create vendor notifications and coordinate with Purchasing/Planner for the corrective/preventive action implementations. Ensures the timely monitoring of notifications closure • Develop, involve, and implement the safety awareness in own department including maintaining the safety practice • Support other tasks as assigned by the QA Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in science majoring in Food Sciences, Microbiology or Biotechnology or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experiences in QC/QA and will be beneficial if in food ingredients or food-relating business.
  3. Good command in English (written and spoken) and computer proficiency.
  4. Ability to work as a team and individually.
  5. Knowledge of food safety systems and regulations GHP, HACCP, HALAL and food safety systems.
  6. Good communication and strong analytical skill.
  7. Safety standard knowledge and certification.
