1. Daily affairs management:
- Assist the HOD to manage and handle daily affairs and work arrangements.
- Arrange the work schedule and meetings of the department.
- Assist the department manager to formulate the KPI of employees within the department and follow up the work situation of each employee.
2. Internal management of the department:
- Manage various contract documents within the department.
- Optimize the work process and conduct regular training for employees.
- Maintain and organize important documents and archives.
3. Communication and coordination:
- Maintain good and smooth communication with various departments and property companies as a manager assistant.
- Manage, process and respond to inquiries and requests from property calls and emails.
4. Data analysis and reporting:
- Collect and analyze various types of data, write and submit relevant reports, and provide support for manager decision-making.
- Monitor and report project progress.
5. Project assistance:
- Assist the HOD to manage and promote the renewal of expired projects, renewal of expired projects, and recovery of lost data.
- Coordinate and supervise the progress of department projects to ensure that tasks are completed on time.
6. Other support work:
- Handle other temporary tasks and urgent matters assigned by the HOD
