Japanese company is a leading provider of logistics solutions, offering a comprehensive range of services to clients worldwide. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service, innovation, and operational excellence.
Working time : Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
•Provide complete and appropriate logistics solutions for customers to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and enhance profitability.
•Oversee import and export operations across all INCOTERMS (Air, Sea, Land) including cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with special privileges such as SEC29, BOI, Blue Corner, Bonded Warehouse, Free Zone, IE, and NVOCC.
•Prepare and issue quotations for import/export shipments and warehouse services to clients, overseas agents, and the headquarters.
•Supply management with reports on customer needs, issues, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
•Negotiate rates and services with transportation providers, subcontractors, sub-warehouses, and suppliers.
•Consistently meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within the established schedule.
•Resolve customer complaints and problems swiftly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
•Provide regular sales reports and summaries to the Sales Manager, General Manager, Director, and Managing Director.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the logistics industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good in English. (TOEIC600+)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
- Working knowledge of the logistics industry and trade regulations.
