- Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues for all company staff.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment used during live events and broadcasts.
System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
- Monitor and maintain company networks, ensuring maximum uptime and performance.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems as required.
Incident Management:
- Respond promptly to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
- Log all support incidents and service requests, ensuring they are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external service providers when necessary.
Event Support:
- Provide on-site IT support during live sports events, ensuring all technology operates smoothly.
- Troubleshoot any real-time issues that may arise with broadcast systems, live streaming, or other event-related technology.
- Coordinate with event management and production teams to meet specific technical requirements.
Documentation & Training:
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide basic IT training to employees and stakeholders, improving their ability to use technology effectively.
- Document common issues and solutions to improve future support efficiency.
