Role Overview:
A Creative Designer is responsible for developing and executing design concepts across various media, including digital, print, and environmental graphics. They collaborate closely with marketing teams, product developers, and other creatives to ensure that the visual elements align with the company's branding and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Concept Development:
-Generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the design brief.
-Develop visual identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions.
2.Design Execution:
-Create and deliver design assets such as graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements for digital and print media.
-Develop and refine design elements for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, advertisements, packaging, and more.
-Work on UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
3.Collaboration:
-Work closely with marketing teams to produce promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with product development teams to design product packaging, instructional materials, and other related visuals.
-Liaise with external vendors, such as printers or production houses, to ensure high-quality output.
4.Project Management:
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
-Maintain and organize project files, including version control and archiving.
-Provide updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
5.Brand Consistency:
-Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's branding team.
-Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a creative design role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Creative Thinking: Strong ability to think creatively and generate innovative design concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design work.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and feedback effectively.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in typography, color theory, layout design, and other design principles
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve design challenges and adapt concepts to meet project goals.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with other team members.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different media.
