JOB SUMMARY
-Conducting the FA (First Article) inspections following the documented procedure or standard.
-Supervising the product audit and do the PPAP report.
- Developing and maintenance the programs related to the high precision gages used in QA department, e.g. CMM, Smart Scope, etc.
- Managing the Calibration system, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and measurement system analysis (MSA) for all gages defined in the PMP (or control plan).
- Other assigned by Quality Engineer.

-Ensuring the compliance of existing product quality with the customer requirements, national and international standards or legislation concern product Molding and Assembly.
-Supervising the product audit by means of the PPAP report and inspection with respect of the change or update on the documented standards.
-Liaison with Production & Engineering team (or problem solving team) on the FA qualification or improvement program.
-Controlling and maintaining the Calibration system by liaising with certified laboratory to assure the fulfillment of quality management system.
-Supervising the Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement system analysis (MSA) study forthe gages defined in the PMP (or control plan).
-Preparing the training plan and materials for the in-house trainings for QA personnel in the measurement and instrument fields.
-Controlling, maintaining and updating the FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) documentation system.-Assisting the Quality Engineer for the correct uses of gages in the statistical control charting or anyinspection concerning to SPC.
-Manage & maintain all measurement fixture and Gauge. To be comply with customer required.
-Other assigned by Quality Engineer.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 27-35 years, able to work shifts
- Have knowledge and experience in QA/QC function 3 years up. Interpersonal" QA/QC function 3 years up.
- Have MSA,SPC,etc, Certificate
- Result orientation Interpersol and communication skills
- Able to interpret the technical drawing, esp. GD&T symbol.
- Able to use and operate the high precision gages, e.g. CMM and Smart Scope.
- Have the experience of SPC able to use the Mini Tab software
- Proficient Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of calibration system and SPC ,MSA
