- Maintain and manage employee timesheet records.
- Follow up and communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Manage bank transactions and prepare tax receipt documents.
- Oversee income and expenditure accounts.
- Manage and prepare payments for invoices and follow up on payments.
- Handle disbursements.
- Record accounting entries, reconcile bank accounts, adjust accounting records, and prepare financial reports.
- Close the annual financial statements and coordinate with the auditor.
- Maintain up-to-date cash flow and financial reports.
- Prepare financial budget projections for the company.
- Process monthly employee salary payments.
- Prepare and submit tax forms such as PND.1, 3, 53, 51, PP.30, and social security forms.
- Assist with tax planning.
- Manage and submit personal tax ID numbers.
- Provide HR support, including managing employee leave records.
- Control petty cash and purchase office supplies.
