รายละเอียดงานResponsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Representatives for initial sales engagement with potential new customers.
- Develop and enhance sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and objection handling.
- Mentor and coach future sales professionals.
- Create and present solution proposals and complete value propositions via various communication channels.
- Handle contract negotiations and manage account planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams for seamless sales processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with knowledge of SaaS or Salesforce being a plus.
- Proven success in enterprise solutions, software, or tech sales.
- Strong sales skills with experience in inbound/outbound processes and relationship building.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and a team player.
- 1-2 years of lead generation/selling experience in a high-energy environment.
