1. Responsible for overseas Douyin TikTok account management, content operation and promotion, complete the fan growth of the new TikTok account, and make operation and promotion plans.
2. Analyze TikTok data, continuously optimize content effects, improve account activity, and thus improve content conversion rate.
3. TikTok advertising optimization, analyze TikTok's advertising background, and be able to analyze advertising data and continuously optimize and adjust, modify advertising content and audience to improve website conversion rate.
4. Together with the marketing department, responsible for the collection and production of short video content materials, TikTok celebrity marketing, with the help of TikTok short videos, screen Internet celebrities with high-quality content, Internet celebrities with the ability to bring goods, negotiate cooperation, and those with high-quality Internet celebrity resources who have cooperated are preferred.
5. Review TikTok operation work, optimize work processes, and improve work efficiency.
6. Monitor data, analyze and summarize content creativity, continuously optimize promotion effects, and provide data support for new marketing plans.
7. Connect with and manage suppliers, manage and monitor live broadcast rooms, and maintain the health of accounts
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- More than 1 year of TikTok short video operation experience, familiar with short video operation strategy, good at creative content production
- Familiar with overseas-Thai social media, familiar with the rules and algorithms of increasing fans on various social media, and realize active increase of account fans, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.
- Adapt to independent work and have the ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
- Have strong cross-team communication and understanding skills, good at communication, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
