รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives and projects.
- Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, private cloud and telecommunications.
- Oversee the IT support team and ensure high-quality technical support for all site internal users.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans to address hardware, software, network and core business software issues.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with company regulations
- Manage IT documentation, ensuring completeness, updates, and proper storage.
- Evaluate and manage vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate and maintain relationships with internal department and business stakeholders.
- Coordinating for application/system training to internal users.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum 7 years’ IT experience with 5 years at IT management or IT Project management role
- Experienced in IT infrastructure management, including networks, Microsoft servers, storage systems, virtualization, Cloud applications, and data backup.
- Experience in IT Operation and Support, and IT Project Management.
- Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations, as well as experience implementing cybersecurity measures.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of IT professionals.
