Menu Planning & Merchandising:
•manage the development of menus, which are fully compliant with the client’s dietary and nutritional requirements and follow sound menu planning principles. Implement a merchandising program for signage, ticketing and promotional offers that is consistent with the Sodexo brand/image
Safety, Environment & Quality:
•ensure the delivery of high quality services which protect employees from harm and guarantee safe and environmentally friendly product and services for clients and customers;
•Offer Development: implement offers within operations, which are aimed at increasing sales, developing retail expertise and targeted/relevant to the segment, e.g. Healthcare, Education, B&I;
Client Retention:
•manage relationships with clients and ensure 100% retention. Implement and follow the Group’s ‘Client For Life’ program
