POSITION SUMMARY : Baan Dek Foundation is currently looking for a Company Training Manager who will ensure the quality and timely delivery of training to construction company staff members of the BSI Initiative. By doing so, you will contribute to generating systemic impact, improving the social practices of the construction sector, and impacting tens of thousands of vulnerable families. You will work under the direct supervision of the director of Systemic Impact and Executive director and will manage a dynamic and committed team of trainers, playing an essential role in the success of Baan Dek's mission.

Location: Bangkok
Expected Start Date: October/November
The main responsibilities of the Employee and will include, but are not restricted to the following:
-Service Delivery to companies:
-Supervise and support Baan Dek Foundation’s BSI trainer officers in the coordination and implementation of the training and coaching to companies.
-Prepare training plans
-Coordinate the writing of company reports (post training report, spot check reports…)
-Coordinate and communicate with the companies members of the BS Initiative and ensure good relation and commitment of the company staff toward improved social practices.
Networking and collaboration with service providers
-Identify and develop working relation with public and private service providers such as schools, health centers, and other NGOs to improve the access to services of migrant workers and children living in construction camps.
-Participate to relevant working group and workshop organized by ministries, UN and NGOs
-Lead the development of a network of service providers we can put in relation with BSI Members.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Language requirements: Fluency in Thai is mandatory. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Other languages such as Khmer, Tai Yai, and Burmese are considered a plus.
- Studies: Graduate qualifications (or a combination of undergraduate and relevant work experience) or a similar background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is required.
- Strong interest in a human/child rights-based approach and social development is necessary.
- Very good interpersonal skills, diplomatie and ability to collaborate with the private sector and corporate
- Knowledge of SDGs, ESGs, social sustainability, and incentives for private sector engagement would be considered an asset.
- Having experience with non-profit organizations or in the humanitarian sector would also be considered an asset.
- Over 5 years of experience in service delivery, training, curriculum development and networking.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills
- Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to manage a team to ensure they meet objectives and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including experience working in a cross-cultural and international environment.
- Diligent and structured way of working
- Able to work independently when needed and within a team
- Highly motivated, flexible and interested in social impact
- Solution over problems mentality
- Working hours: Full time - Monday to Friday with occasional weekend and evenings
