OBJECTIVE •To provide the technology support for internal and external customer for business development team to engagement of all business opportunity. •To gathering requirement, support presale activities, design, implementation and installation server and network following customer needs ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY •Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, wireless controller, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP •Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation •Configuring firewalls, router and switch to optimize network efficiency and security •Optimizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting •Investigating faults in the network •Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases •Reporting network status to key stakeholders
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Possess 3+ years experience supporting advanced network deployments
  2. Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking concepts including expert knowledge in 802.11, 802.1x, Radius, RF principles and equipment associated with wireless/wired LAN technologies.
  3. Possess industry certifications such as CCNA, CMNA, CWNA or equivalent qualifications or demonstrable on the job experience.
  4. Advanced knowledge of switches, Ethernet, Internet connection methods, and networking.
  5. This position requires at least 50%-70% travel, but can be more on occasion. Most time is spent working remotely or in office.
  6. This position can be very demanding, both physically and mentally. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
  7. This position requires working with both technical and non-technical people, and effective communication is a must
  8. Able to follow clear standard documentation and not deviate from what is agreed.
  9. Detail oriented and organized
  10. Proven analytical skills and excellent problem-solving attitude and skills to resolve technical issues.
