รายละเอียดงาน
1. Responsible for cash and bank deposit management, including cash collection from customers, payment.
2. The accounts of cash and bank deposits should be checked regularly to ensure that the accounts are clear without errors or omissions.
3. Prepare relevant financial statements, such as cash flow statement, bank adjustment statement, etc., so that the management can understand the financial situation of the company.
4. Keep the cash on hand, financial seals and related bills, etc., and carry out relevant accounting work.
5. Responsible for handling the cash receipt and payment of all units: bank settlement and
related accounts, including the daily management of bank account opening, account closing, online banking maintenance and information update.
6. Check the legality and accuracy of the original vouchers, and complete the cash collection, payment and reimbursement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or related field
- Have basic financial knowledge and related financial software operation skills, and be familiar with financial statements and accounting standards.
- High accuracy and attention to details, able to handle a large number of numbers and data.
- Have a strict sense of confidentiality, good communication and cooperation skills, good professional ethics, dedication and love.
- Familiar with financial laws, regulations, rules and national unified accounting system, and conduct extensive publicity in combination with accounting work.
- Ensure that the accounting information provided is legal, true, accurate, timely and complete.
- Can speak English or Chinese
