รายละเอียดงาน
-Control efficiency of change over (change model) to complete both of quality and limited time.
-Consider ideas, improvement way to improve efficiency of change over (reduce change over time, easy method to change over)
-Control production efficiency and meet KPIs department.
-Control and organize manpower to support the plan fully.
-Control 5S to meet the standards of the company.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical or related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supervising production line, has skill about people management.
- Knowledgeable in machine operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to use software system for production management
- Good communication skills (oral, written, local and in English language)
- Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety
- Able to work Monday - Saturday, work overtime and can work shifts
