Risk Assessment & Management:
- Conduct risk assessments for auto finance products, identifying potential risks related to credit, market, operational, and compliance factors.
- Analyze customer creditworthiness, ensuring alignment with the bank’s risk appetite and credit policies.
- Monitor the performance of the auto loan portfolio, identifying trends and emerging risks.
Policy Implementation & Compliance:
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures specific to auto finance.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting auto finance and adjust policies accordingly.
Control & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and other metrics related to the auto finance portfolio.
- Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
- Support the audit process by providing documentation and explanations related to risk management practices.
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with the Auto Finance, Credit, Operations, and Legal teams to manage risk effectively across the auto finance lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams in understanding and applying risk management principles.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing risk management practices within the auto finance segment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in risk management, credit analysis, or auto finance, preferably within a banking environment
- Familiarity with auto finance products and the associated risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements in the banking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of risk management software/tools is a plus
- Communicate in English
