Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients for both goods and passenger transport services.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking and research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
Administrative Duties
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, bookings, and client interactions.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media management and marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to speak Mandarin, read and write Chinese will be a plus point.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
