Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach.
Administrative Duties
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, bookings, and client interactions.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments.
