รายละเอียดงาน
1.Take in charge of the full logistic transactions on export business
2.Detail communication with our overseas distributors on daily basis
3.Communication with logistic headquarters logistic department for export purposes
4.Assistance to Export manager’s sales & marketing activities.
5.Responsible for incoming orders and documentation for oversea customers
6.Responsible for shipping documents which need to process correctly, complied with international trade regulation and on time delivery to customers.
7.Communicate to customers on the delivery date and details of shipment, alert customers in advance if any foresee delay.
8.Prepare relevant reports for management.
9.Maintain a good filling and database system.
10.Perform other administrative tasks as may be required.
11.Responsible for registering products with the FDA.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Female, Thai Nationality, aged 23-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree related field
- Experience in export transactions(Fresh graduated is also welcomed.)
- Good command in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft package, internet and e-mail)
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and self/fast learning abilities
- Can work independently and work under pressure
- Knowledge and experience on Export Business is advantage
