-Develop custom applications and solutions using Microsoft PowerApps to meet business needs.
-Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems are up to date and running smoothly.
-Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities.
-Conduct training sessions for employees on new technologies and software.
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions.
-Assist in managing IT projects and rolling out new applications and systems.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Female, Thai Nationality.
- Age 25-32 years old.
- Experience in providing support for Microsoft 365 in a professional setting.
- Basic Understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Basic Understanding of IT infra [Network, PC, Printer].
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a Japanese company.
- Experience in a helpdesk or support desk role.
- Experience in developing applications using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Experience in providing support for IT infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hopefully, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
