รายละเอียดงาน
1) Maintain/make documents about IATF system, which has been increased from ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001(Procedure/Work Instruction/form).
2) Review and consider the feasibility of production process for new products/ products that have changed with existing customers / changes in setting up new parameter in the process including calculating capacity of production.
3) Make / review failure modes and effects analysis documents (FMEA), control production process to prevent anything that does not conform to customer requirements (control plan).
4) Inspect/check if there are any changes in production process that are not consistent with ISO system requirements such as changing equipment/materials/design/changing person responsible for inspection.
5) Key data : statistics of products measurement results into control chart including process variation analysis, finding cause and solutions for the variations that occur.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduate bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Have knowledge of IATF requirements
- Have knowledge about core tool
- Have knowledge about APQP team
- Have experience about coil center at least 5 years.
- Can use computer (Microsoft Office and Excel formulas
- Good command in English
