รายละเอียดงาน
• Customer claim investigation and analysis the problem and advise problem solving for product fault.
• Communicate with team to consolidate feedback to customer for the root cause and corrective action.
• Communicate to team for material quality issue to acknowledge and follow up for corrective action.
• Suppliers visit to follow up corrective action or new sourcing supplier.
• New Product quality planning and prepared quality standard available.
• Developing and implementing quality standards.
• Developing quality inspection records.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Quality improvement project.
• Involve quality audit and improvement with team.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge Analysis thinking, Problem solving, Root cause analysis, Measuring method, Effective Communication, PPAP requirement.
- Good command in English.
- ฺฺBackground in automitive industry would be great.
