รายละเอียดงาน
- Carry out the daily after-sales service work at the techical level of the company's products including solving the doubts and problems in the application of equipment at the customer site.
-Conducting comprehensive techical training for customer and maintaining the equipment of old customers.
-Communicate with customers, assist the company to track the operation status of the equipment in the project, timely understand and receive customer feedback information, provide after-sales technical support, regularly provide feedback reports to the company and put forward reasonable suggestions.
-Developing and maintain good customer relationships, participate in and implement customer service plans.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or business related fileds.
- Able to communicate in English.
- International sales experience in plastic extrusion is required.
- Have strong market analysis, marketing promotion ability , good intepersonal communication and coordination ability,analysis and problem solving ability.
- Love sales business,dare to challenge themselves, can adapt to long term business trips, proactive has a high degree of execution, sense of responsibility and stability and agree with company's coporate culture.
- Able to travel domestic and travel overseas.
