รายละเอียดงาน- Carry out the daily after-sales service work at the techical level of the company's products including solving the doubts and problems in the application of equipment at the customer site.
-Conducting comprehensive techical training for customer and maintaining the equipment of old customers.
-Communicate with customers, assist the company to track the operation status of the equipment in the project, timely understand and receive customer feedback information, provide after-sales technical support, regularly provide feedback reports to the company and put forward reasonable suggestions.
-Developing and maintain good customer relationships, participate in and implement customer service plans.
