• Plan and coordinate warehouses activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping products to meet customer requirements. • Ensure that all warehouse activities are shared out of compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations. • Monitor the performance of warehouse staff and advance regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to sensitivity optimization and awareness to quality standards. • Implement and maintain warehouses productivity and quality standards, as well as performance metrics and KPIs. • Manage and oversee the physical layout of the space and effectiveness flow of goods. • Coordinate with other departments to measure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery. • Analysis to develop ways of working. Reduce risks. And reduce costs for the organization. • Other works by assign by management Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None Workplace Area: Amata city Chonburi Working Hour: 7:40-16:40(Mon-Fri, Saturday 2times per month depends on company calendar)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Age 40-50 years
  2. Male only
  3. Bachelor’s Degree
  4. At least 5 years’ experience of "FREE ZONE" warehouse management in logistics company or manufacturing company
  5. Conversational middle to high level of English
  6. At least 3 years’ experience of Assistant Manager level (Have subordinate)
  7. Can commute by yourself
  8. Strong experience for FREE ZONE management and improve operation is preferable.
  9. Having knowledge of ISO14000, ISO9000 is preferable.
  10. Working in Japanese company is preferable.
