Job overview: GoFive Co., Ltd., the provider of the empeo system, an HR management application, is seeking new team members. The objective is to assist and provide consultation to HR clients in using the empeo system efficiently and ensure smooth program usage. Responsibilities: - Provide information and answer questions, concerns, and usage instructions for the application through all channels within the given timeframe. - Prepare user guides to enhance team skills. - Investigate customer issues and perform initial troubleshooting before escalating to the development team. - Gather feedback and frequently occurring issues, report, and follow up on resolutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Ability to quickly understand HR management software or applications.
  2. Strong knowledge about HR work process.
  3. A strong service mindset, friendly attitude, and the ability to adapt to various customer types.
  4. Detail-oriented with the capability to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  5. Previous experience in payroll processing using software.
  6. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to choose the right words for customer interactions.
  7. A helpful, empathetic personality with a passion for teaching and assisting others.
  8. Ability to work as part of a team.
