Responsibilities: •Receive and process purchase orders from customers via phone, voicemail, email, LINE, and other communication channels. •Conduct sales of diving equipment both in-store and on-site, according to business requirements. •Engage in negotiations with customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate other sales-related tasks. • Input and update information in the e-system to track the status of documents and orders. • Monitor and follow up on product deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers. • Manage and maintain general documentation related to sales operations. • Assist in preparing for and attending diving exhibitions, both domestic and overseas. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Thai nationality, Male or Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  3. Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is advantageous
  4. Experience in the diving industry is a strong plus
  5. Excellent proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  7. Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for business purposes
  8. Possession of a valid driver’s license is a plus
  9. Highly proactive with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
  10. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  11. Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  12. Must be available for an in-person interview at Dive Space (Phuket)
  13. Willingness to travel and participate in exhibitions in various locations
  14. Creativity and innovation in problem-solving and sales strategies
