Job Responsibility:
1. Support the data management work of the sales team, conduct sales data analysis and release results on a regular basis;
2. Assist the sales team to design internal and external operating activities, output quarterly, monthly and weekly employee incentive strategies, improve team enthusiasm, pay conversion rate, and output user promotion strategies to improve conversion rate;
3. Assist the sales team to achieve service targets, class cancellation, service SOP, etc.;
4. Complete the operation projects assigned by the headquarters, assist in project implementation, and provide timely feedback and solutions to team problems if found;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader;
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Chinease Speaker
- Bachelor degree or above, if you have more than 2 years of sales experience in the education industry, it will be a bonus;
- Be proactive, have strong coordination and logical expression skills;
- Have data analysis and business insight capabilities, a sense of learning and innovation, and a love of sharing to achieve success for others;
- Strong ability to withstand pressure;
- Proficient in Chinese.
