· Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in business group
· Manages HR Projects cross-functionally
· Recruits personally the key talents for business group
· Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
· Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
· Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Challenges the organizational structure of business group
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR related field
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in HR or recruitment roles
- Have experiences in HR management
- Strong in Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills
- Project Management and Change Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen, Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Good command in English
- Good command in Chinese (HSK5+ is preferred)
