รายละเอียดงาน
1. Process Monitoring & Improvement: - Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and work with teams to develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve product quality and reduce waste.
2. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product non-conformances. - Use statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Control Charts) to identify trends and implement solutions. - Lead or participate in problem-solving teams using methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why to address quality concerns.
5. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (ISO 9001, etc.). - Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement teams to enhance product quality.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Age : 22-30 year old
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality engineering role, specifically within the plastic injection molding industry.
- Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Familiarity with various plastic materials (e.g., ABS, Polypropylene, Polyethylene, etc.) and their properties.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001, or other relevant industry standards. 3) Hands-on experience with measurement equipment and tools (e.g., CMM, calipers, micrometers).
- Understanding of injection molding processes, tooling, and machinery.
- Experience using quality-related software (Microsoft Excel , PPT , ERP).
- Familiarity with CAD software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience managing or participating in quality improvement projects. 2) Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as production, R&D, and supply chain.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with local and international teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
