Project Management Framework:
• Develop and implement IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices specific to the fruits retail industry.
• Ensure that project management processes are standardized and followed across all IT initiatives.
Project Planning and Execution:
• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for IT projects, ensuring alignment with retail business goals and operational needs.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee the execution of IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the main point of contact for all IT project-related communications with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with retail operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and ensure that IT solutions meet business needs.
• Provide regular updates and project status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Resource and Budget Management:
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively and projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to secure and manage resources for project execution.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
• Monitor project performance, using project management tools to track progress and measure success.
• Identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and outcomes.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks associated with IT projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Proactively manage project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Team Leadership and Development:
•Lead and mentor the IT
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the retail or food industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and IT systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
