รายละเอียดงาน
- Evaluate and compare suppliers using cost-benefit
analysis to propose to relate parties for making
purchasing decisions
- Manage the logistical details with a supplier including
setting delivery amounts and a timeframe for delivery
- Implement purchasing and contract management
policies, and procedures
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for
conformance to company policy
- Collaborate with financial team members on contracts,
invoicing, and other financial matters
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other
important data
- Perform other related duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or other related fields
- 3 years of working experience in procurement, purchasing or accounting with a proven history of effective supply management
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, policy, and systems
- Knowledge of contract management
- Interpersonal, communication skills, Problem solving skills, Negotiation skills and Time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Officer 365 and Oracle
