รายละเอียดงานProvide user support and ensure that all customer devices are working smoothly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical incidents and provide step-by-step technical help.
Perform issues tracking, Log, update status call and follow up.
Coordinate with development team to digest issues.
Provide consistent quality customer services to enquiries and ensure that SLAs are met.
Assist in creating troubleshooting material for internal and external knowledge base.
Setup POS menu for customers on workstation and online ordering.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (New graduated are welcome)
- Able to work in shift (6:30 - 15:30, 22:00 - 7:00, 23:00 - 8:00)
- Able to work under pressure by dealing different group of teams
- Able to understand customer’s needs and customer perspectives
- Able to communicate and simplify complex information to non-technical person
- Bilingual communication skills (Thai and English - Good conversation)
- Problem solving, analytical skill and able to work within a team environment
- Must have a passion for “Service Mind”
- Have a "Can Do" and "Get It Done" attitude
- Working experience in POS system is a plus
- Resume should have a photo and expected salary
