At R V Connex, we are committed to working seamlessly with Cynclair, one of our affiliated companies, to further our stance as a leading regional provider in Managed Detection & Response (MDR) Services. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our dynamic team at Cynclair. As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring our products meet the highest performance and security standards. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our products. ● Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and document defects. ● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design test strategies. ● Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. ● Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes. ● Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and implementation from a QA perspective. ● Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and cybersecurity.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
