รายละเอียดงาน
- Digital media plan development with strategies/tactics for each brand to achieve each campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with Brand team and external agencies to integrate work.
- Lead eCom media by coordinating with E-commerce team to drive sales target for each channel.
- Daily performance monitoring and optimization to ensure ROI and cost efficiency (with subordinate).
- Post campaign performance review and suggestion.
- Digital budget allocation and control.
- Digital trends or news update / training to drive up digital media skills of the wider team.
- Build good relationship with agency and digital media platforms.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 3 years of working experience in both Digital Media Planning and Optimization.
- Understand and able to plan and implement Digital media campaigns.
- Understand Social Media Platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google - fluent in Platform Manager for each, E-Commerce Media (CPAS, Shopping Ads, In-app Ads)..
- Deep understanding of Digital media tools, and enthusiasm for technology and digital trends.
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university which demonstrates high analytical skills.
- Experience in Consumer goods or Personal Care industries would be advantage.
- An analytical mindset combined with strong knowledge and interest in full loop performance optimization (ROI).
