Job Description:
- Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, Interviewing and connecting ideal candidates with the client
- Recruit talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, and attracting passive candidates.
- Creative and innovative in finding extraordinary talent through unconventional means, designing creative strategies, and executing on sourcing strategies for a variety of technical roles.
- Develop and update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Actively seeking opportunities to develop business by connecting with new clients
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.

- Have bachelor degree from university in Business Administrations, Information Technology, Psychology, Liberal Arts, International Relations, Public Administration, Computer Engineering and any related fields
- Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
- Hardworking, highly accountable and reliable
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
- Good command of English: Writing, Translation, Reading, Speaking
- Fresh Graduate are preferable for this position
