รายละเอียดงาน
- Preparation for daily production for Machining and Assembly area such as manpower, materials, delivery plan efficiency based on production plan.
- Enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace.
- Coordinate with related parties to develop the production lines including cost estimates, timelines and specifications for business feasibility studies and maintenance activities.
- Responsible for the material variances and scraps/usage resulting from the operation / human errors.
- Ensures proper training of all hourly employees assigned to decoration activities, including proper training in safe operation of machines
- Supervises and training to new & current employees and evaluation subordinate.
- Overseeing and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment.
- Developing and conducting training programs for production line staff on CNC Auto Lathe operations and best practices.
- Preparation of the SOP, WI, Check sheet, Form record and other document.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with CNC Machines.
- Have knowledge in CNC programming, setup, and maintenance.
- Can speak Chinese will be an advantage.
- Good command of English in both speaking and writing.
- Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
