รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop, configure and optimize Die Casting process.
- Control output, productivity efficiency quality and problem solving.
- Working with the working team (Group Leader & Support department), Coordinate with the Tool design team and all other involved departments.
- Continuous improvement and efficiencies across the company’s products, systems, operations and processes (Aluminium die casting)
- Control and comply with the requirements of the environmental management system. ISO14001:2015 , IATF16949:2016 , ISO ;9001.
- Allocating work to employees, setting production targets and communicating precise instructions. Effective employee relations.
- Works and ensures that all employees work in a safe manner, in a safe environment.
- Review diverse skills to ensure tasks are assigned to appropriate workers.
- Change work assignments and schedules to maintain and improve efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 4 years in Die Casting.
- Good command of English
- If can speak Chinese will be an advantage.
- Strong computer skill (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Knowledge IATF 16949 requirement
