•Work with and report to International IT Coordinator and location Manager.
•Computer, peripherals, and software installation, repair and maintenance.
•Printer installation, repair and maintenance.
•Security camera installation, repair and maintenance.
•Networking equipment installation, repair and maintenance (Unifi and Fortinet)
•Staff check in/out installation, repair and maintenance.
•Diagnosis and troubleshooting of computer and networking support issues.
•Follow an IT equipment maintenance schedule.
•Monitor problems that are requested by the user through Help Ticket System.
•Network support and maintenance including DHCP and DNS.
•Regularly visit other locations for support and work.
•Use IT ticketing software to track requests and tasks.
•Document all work and problems in IT software.
•Assist in ordering and preparing new equipment.
•Assist with computer, software, and security training
•Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is a must
- Strong English Skills, ability to communicate clearly with international staff
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Experience with security cameras, both analog and PoE
- Experience with making network cable's termination and using patch panels
- Experience in hardware maintenance and installation.
- Honest, flexible, hardworking and good in communication.
- Willing to work alone or as a team and be able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel to the site of the company.
- Able to research and learn new technologies.
