- Responsible for exploring, developing, new opportunities, new products, new customers, and new suppliers
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customers base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promoted strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them with good business understanding
- Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
identify emerging markets and market shifts to new sales opportunities while fully aware of new products and competition
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product and services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Any additional jobs assigned by the MD
