- Build and promoted strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them with good business understanding
- Present Sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
identify emerging markets and market shifts to new sales opportunities while fully aware of new products and competition
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product and services
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
