1.Collaborate with sales team, internal and external correspondences to gather primary market information and trends.
2.Design, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and specific-purpose market research surveys.
3.Monitor market situation and industry movements and contribute to marketing strategy development to achieve organizational goals.
4.Planning, preparing communication materials, and participating in marketing or related project executions.
5.Work in the team to propose and execute annual marketing activity calendar.
6.Support and work closely with management team in special projects for new service, business research and feasibility study
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, engineering, economics, data analytics or relevant field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with other database or analytical software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) and Thai.
- Working experience in Marketing, Strategic Planning, Consulting, or Business Analyst; international experience is a plus.
- Possess good problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, good service-minded, and teamwork-oriented.
