รายละเอียดงาน
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to meet and exceed consumer expectations.
• Oversee and implement plant programs to guarantee food safety.
• Lead and participate in internal, regulatory, and audit activities, including GHPs, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 audits, and manage aspects such as GHPs, Recall & Traceability, and Safety.
• Maintain and update documentation for all company quality programs, including policies, procedures, forms, work instructions, and programs.
• Verify HACCP plans annually or as needed due to project changes.
• Ensure all products meet specified standards.
• Adhere strictly to all company and plant safety policies, GHPs, rules, and procedures.
• Address and communicate quality issues, including consumer complaints, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Assist plant departments with audit preparation and highlight potential non-compliance areas.
• Review and ensure compliance with third-party, customer, and internal audit standards.
Work Location: Thai Wah Tower 1 (Sathorn)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in QA in the food industry.
- Experience in product inspection and quality assurance.
- Completed training in ISO 9001:2015, GHPs, HACCP, BRC, and FSSC 22000 quality systems.
- Proactive with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
